Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Reyopa mobile apps (Reyopa App and Partner App) and the associated services of reyopa UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Alexanderstraße 18-20, 52062 Aachen (hereinafter referred to as "Reyopa" or "we").

2. Service Description

Reyopa App

The Reyopa App allows users to:

  • Obtain a unique REYOPA ID
  • Find partner locations nearby
  • Pick up parcels at partner locations
  • Receive push notifications about arrived parcels
  • View the status of their parcels

Partner App

The Partner App allows business partners to:

  • Receive parcels for customers
  • Scan REYOPA IDs
  • Manage parcel handovers
  • Notify customers about arrived parcels

Important Information for Partners

The Partner App is delivered together with a pre-configured device. Potential partners can contact Reyopa through our contact options.

3. Contract Formation and Registration

Reyopa App

Free

The contract is formed by downloading and first-time use of the app. A REYOPA ID is automatically generated during registration. The use of the Reyopa App is completely free for end customers.

Partner App

Registration required

Use of the Partner App requires prior registration as a business partner. The contract is formed through activation after successful registration.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful information during registration
  • Keep access credentials confidential
  • Use the apps only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in abusive use

5. Liability

Important Notice

Reyopa is not a parcel service provider. We only facilitate between customers and partners.

Limitation of Liability

Reyopa is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it involves a violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

Liability for Parcels

Reyopa is not a parcel service provider and assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels. Liability rests with the respective sender and the partner.

Technical Disruptions

Reyopa is not liable for app disruptions caused by technical problems of third parties (e.g., Firebase, Azure).

6. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination and Deletion

Regular Termination

Users can delete their account at any time in the app settings or by email to info@reyopa.de.

Termination becomes effective within 7 days.

Data Deletion

After termination, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless there are legal retention obligations.

Complete and irrevocable deletion of your data

Extraordinary Termination

Reyopa reserves the right to terminate accounts extraordinarily in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
